ENVER MICHAEL SAMUEL

Enver was born in South Africa.  As a child he grew up in England, Ghana and Zambia.

Enver has studied both practical and theoretical aspects of Film and Television both locally and abroad, in England, Australia and Germany.  A scholarship enabled him to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Edith Cowan University, Perth Australia (1990 – 1992).  Enver was placed on a work placement at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) in Sydney.

Enver returned to South Africa and joined independent T.V production company Talent Consortium as a producer/director from February 1993 to December 1995.  He also spent 3 months at Yorkshire T.V, England on a work exchange programme in 1995.

The lure of one of South Africa’s then leading film and video producers – Prime Time International, was too much to refuse and Enver joined them as an in-house producer/director.
